We cater to clients privacy and personal attention. We are geared to a private environment on your schedule with no membership required. There will be no more than 3 trainers and clients in the studio at a time with focus on giving you our personal training experience.

When I was in my 30's I was diagnosed with diabetes. I was 100 pounds over weight and was not very gifted, athletically. I would lose 25 lbs. and gain 40. My arthritis was terrible and I was extremely unhealthy. At the age of 42 I had my last child and decided I needed to be around to see her grow up and get a handle on my health.
I have always exercised but never put effort into it. I loved going to boot camp but had a hard time with plyometrics due to back problems. I discovered weight lifting and strength training and noticed I was muscular but smaller. I always seemed to stay at a size 12 but with strength training got down to a size 6. I still struggle with my weight especially through menopause.
For me weight has been a life long struggle and I still work hard everyday. My goal is to help woman who struggle with weight and body image whether its a new struggle or a lifelong struggle.
